  • How do I split a hog share with friends?
    You can arrange to split a hog share with friends by indicating your preference when you make your down payment. We will then coordinate with you and your friends to ensure the hog is divided according to your specifications.
  • How much freezer space will I need?
    For a whole hog, you will need approximately 5-7 cubic feet of freezer space. If you are purchasing a half hog, plan for around 3-4 cubic feet of space. This will ensure that you have enough room to store all the cuts of meat properly.
  • What is the weight range of the hogs?
    The weight of the hogs will range from 180 to 250 lbs, providing a substantial amount of meat for you and your family or friends.
  • How is the meat packaged?
    The meat is professionally butchered and packaged for freshness. Each cut is vacuum-sealed and labeled for easy identification and storage.
  • What does the down payment cover?
    The down payment secures your share of the hog and ensures that we allocate the necessary resources to raise and process the pig for you. The remaining balance will be due upon delivery or pick-up of the meat.
  • How are the pigs raised?
    Our pigs are raised in forest pastures, where they have ample space to roam and forage. They are also fed non-GMO feed, ensuring their health and the quality of the meat.
  • What happens if my hog weighs more or less than expected?
    The final price will be adjusted based on the actual weight of the hog. We will provide you with the exact weight and cost before finalizing the order, ensuring transparency and fairness.
  • What is a Hog Share?
    A Hog Share is a system where you can purchase a portion of a pig directly from our farm. You can buy a whole hog or split it with friends, ensuring you receive a variety of high-quality pork products.
  • How long are the pigs raised?
    Our pigs are grown out for 8 months. This duration ensures that the pigs develop tender and flavorful meat, providing you with the best quality pork.
  • Can I customize my cuts of meat?
    Yes, you can customize the cuts of meat to your preference. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a list of options, and you can choose how you want your pork processed.
  • Are the chickens free of antibiotics and hormones?
    Yes, our chickens are raised without the use of antibiotics or hormones. We prioritize natural and healthy farming practices.
  • What is the weight range of the chickens?
    We offer two size variants for our whole chickens: Medium: 3 - 4 lbs Large: 4 - 5 lbs

  • How do I place an order for whole chickens?
    ou can place an order for whole chickens directly on our website. Simply select the quantity and size you want, complete the payment, and we'll handle the rest.
  • How is the chicken processed and packaged?
    Our chickens are humanely processed and packaged for freshness. Each chicken is vacuum-sealed and labeled for easy identification and storage.
  • Are there any additional fees?
    There are no hidden fees. The total cost includes the price of the chickens, processing, and packaging. Any additional services, such as delivery, will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in advance.
